About Me
I am a registered psychologist with experience across private practice, government, and non-for-profit settings. My work has included individual therapy, as well as cognitive and diagnostic assessments for neurodiverse presentations, supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds across all ages.
These experiences have shaped my interest in working with mood and anxiety challenges, trauma, and relationship and attachment patterns, while deepening my commitment to creating safe and affirming spaces. I am especially passionate about supporting culturally diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients.

Guided by a deep respect for each person’s unique experiences, I aim to offer support, perspective, and practical strategies as we navigate life’s challenges together, build on your strengths, and move towards the life you want to lead.

Inclusivity
Everyone deserves to feel seen, safe, and supported - wherever they are in their journey. I’m committed to fostering a sense of belonging and removing barriers, so that private psychology is more accessible to all.

Growth Through Clarity
Self-awareness and insight are key to change. By understanding our inner world, we can navigate the outer world with greater confidence. Making conscious choices, meaningful change, and building a fulfilling life.
