About Me
​​I have been a therapist for six years, with four years in private practice, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. ​​​​My work has included individual therapy, as well as cognitive and diagnostic assessments for neurodiverse presentations.
​
I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology, with experience across a variety of settings supporting people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have shaped my interest in supporting mood and anxiety challenges, trauma, domestic violence, and relationship and attachment patterns, while deepening my commitment to creating safe and affirming spaces.
I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ people, culturally diverse communities, neurodivergent clients, and men who may find it harder to seek support.
